Description:

As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible towards creating an exceptional experience for the guests and the colleagues reporting to you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating  the ultimate journey to relaxation for our guests
• Recognize arrivals of all VIP guests arriving in both the spa and recreational areas and hotel.
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of recreation, fitness & wellness, and recreation facilities in person and over the telephone.
• Capable of performing professional technical pre-consultation so that he/she is able to recommend suitable treatments in accordance to the treatment protocols taught per the client’s needs and concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills
• Previous experience in a hotel is an asset or similar setup.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
• To lead and inspire the team towards creating the ultimate journey towards relaxation.
