Description:
We are looking for a UAE National Receptionist based in Dubai who will perform all tasks in relation to reception and any associated administrative responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Receive all incoming visitors and notify concerned individuals on arrival of their visitors
b- Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives and directs calls/enquiries, and relays messages.
c- Support the Office Manager in all day to day activities by preparing all follow ups folders, documents, letters and all other administration activities as assigned.
d- Facilitate the mail run process between DXB/DWC and to make sure all important mail is registered in the mail log.
Job Requirements:
a- A good knowledge of all office systems and office administration
b- A preferred knowledge in Visitor Management and associated registration systems
c- Understanding of customer service skills
