1- Public Relation Officer
Job: Full Time
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Description:

As a Public Relation Officer you will be responsible for processing visa application, occupational health card, hotel licenses and other immigration task and administration reports. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Immigration Section ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the departmental operations. Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labour and Immigration rules to keep the T&C Department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process all hotel licenses, visa and work permit of hotel expatriates
• Maintain accurate filling system of all talents/ associate passport records, medical, legal documentations etc.
• Renew, update and maintain the trade license and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up to date
• Assist the departments in resolving any issues related to renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as when it is required.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
• Follow up all expiries for active talents / associates (passport, visa, health card etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Previous relevant work and hospitality experience.
• Excellent English & Arabic, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to respond to a range of various work situations
• Good working knowledge of computers, i.e excel, word, etc.
