Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
- Responsible for productivity and schedule adherence.
- Manufacturing & Assembly of composite parts as required by the customer.
- Scheduling and preparing monthly man hours plan as per the load.
- Conducting daily meetings with the operations team (Production, QC, CSD
- and Maintenance)
- Competent knowledge of MS Office products including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously to meet goals and targets.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of people.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Facilitate continuous improvement (Kaizen) workshops and new product development
