Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of project managers. Setup team KPIs and deliver as per the SLAs.
Experience in delivering projects in both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies. The senior PM should be able to adapt both methodologies and sometimes deliver in a hybrid model depending on the situation
Have experience with PMO processes and able to manage project adhering to the PMO process
Lead system and application programs and projects delivery concentrating on organization wide deliveries.
Job Requirements:
5 to 8 years of managing projects and taking leadership responsibilities in both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
3 years of managing teams • Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field
Certified in Project Management (PMP or Prince) • Preferred to be a scrum master or carries an agile certificate.
