1- Procurement & Logistics Officer
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
a- Manage the contracts in the assigned category and ensure the delivery of the expected service to the sourcing team and the business unit
b- Maintain a detailed supplier database for assigned category and regularly update the relevant records.
c- Ensure contract management process is completed as per company standards including compliance to the complete Contract Management Process.
d- Engage, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including other departments within the Emirates Group and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
a- In fields of finance or procurement. Evidence of continual professional development through a recognised professional body such as The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Experience in procurement and contracts management
b- Knowledge/skills: – good communication skills – Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships – Ability to use generic applications and softwares
