PRO Admin Assistant
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and high standard of social skills.
2. Promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
3. Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
4. Demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.
5. In the absence of the Training Manager, ensure the smooth running of the Training Department.
6. Assist in coaching sessions, re-trainings and support to colleagues in the Hotel.
7. Assist with creative poster campaigns and all events organized by the HR Department.
8. Responsible for certian HR admin tasks as well for example preparation of letters, visa documents, medical documents.
