Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the PR manager in implementing the company’s PR strategy
- Support PR manager with general administrative duties with packing press kits and updating media lists
- Provide assistance to the PR manager with the scheduling and organizing of events
- Help support the logistics (travel, shipping product, etc) to Influencers for a specific Campaign. Liaise with influencers for daily product requests
- Monitor of media coverage on events and seedings that were issued and create PR reports
Job Requirements:
- Ability to learn, understanding and following finance procedures required by Shiseido Middle East
- Organized in a multitask environment
- Ability to work in multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
- Agile, flexible and creative
