1- PR Clerk (MOHRE Typist)
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Support on typing the related Gov’t applications / transactions of (such as e-work permit and residence permit, new / renew Labour card, Labour contract/offer, new / renewal of Residence Visa, Medical, etc.).
- Check on financial matching/reconciling the governmental fees of MoHRE / Immigration systems (i.e. Tasheel, E-vision – E-channel, GDRFA} with the payment/support report, & posting them on Oracle application.
- Support in drafting & documenting correspondences related to Letters, IOMs, etc.
- Act as a focal point for PR related work (receiving/forwarding correspondence /documents)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification required Secondary school
- 2 years of experience as MOHRE Typist is must
- Good command on Arabic Typing
- Good communication skills with basic IT knowledge and fast typing skills.
