1- Personal Assistant
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
a- Assess meeting requests and prioritize meeting schedule to achieve business objectives and take full ownership of writing regular reports, creating presentations and writing external-facing letters by aligning with different departments and team leads to ensure information is accurate and ensures Serco is promoted in a positive way.
b- Take initiative and lead on tasks such as reporting and project coordination of the management and their respective team members, this may include managing challenging stakeholders.
c- Manage all the changes to the scheduled meetings ensuring that timely and appropriate communications are delivered to internal and external customers and where possible, reschedule meetings accordingly.
d- Develop and deliver required documentation, presentations, and collate reports consistently and accurately on a weekly and monthly basis.
Job Requirements:
a- A good knowledge of all office systems and office administration
b- Understanding of relevant policies and procedure
c- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an easily understood format
