1- Personal Assistant
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- To have power of attorney over matters relating to mail
- Pass on incoming telephone calls to the employer or to the relevant departments and persons
- To pass on internal and external telephone calls to their employer
- Maintain a directory of the telephone numbers and addresses of people who are in continuous contact with the employer
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the same position
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Experience in arranging business trips ( ticket and hotel booking)
- Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles
