1- AMESA Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Leader
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
a- Develop and implement PepsiCo’s global EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and drive continuous improvement.
b- Provide technical expertise and guidance on EHS matters, including regulatory compliance, risk assessment, incident investigation, and environmental management.
c- Work closely with business units and locations to identify and address EHS risks and opportunities for improvement.
d- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
a- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, engineering, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
b- At least 18+ years of total expereience in EHS and 10+ year progressive EHS leadership experience in a global, multi-site organization.
c- Experience managing EHS programs in a complex manufacturing environment, including familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001).
