Description:

To provide support to the Head of GSAM as necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of GSAM in managing lawsuits.
• Handling pre-litigation process by preparing & organizing memos, exhibits and assisting with all filing tasks needed.
• Conduct legal research. Stay abreast of new laws and changes to existing laws that impact operations and able to provide a comprehensive analysis of those impacts on the business.
• Working on Abu Dhabi, Dubai and UAE Federal Courts system and submit applications at smart petition.
• Manage incoming & outgoing correspondences and maintain close follow up with the team, internal customers, external law firms, experts, Courts or other third parties.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience PQE
