Description:

Responsible to ensure all operational and administration components of your client’s portfolio are delivered on time, within the scope of the contract, in line with Transguard standard operating procedures and will a customer service centric approach.

Job Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of operations in client portfolio ensuring all solutions both managed and manpower, are delivered in the scope of the commercial client contract and inline with the TG operating procedures, that revenue and costs are managed under the scope of the contract
• Proactively manage the relationship with the client in line with the RACI matrix under the guidance of the Account Manager
• Responsible for the preparations of the monthly staff meetings and for the daily/weekly briefings with team supervisors;
• Leads in the measuring, validating, and testing of the effectiveness of metrics that are applied by the business to assess and drive productivity optimization
