Description:

We are recruiting for a proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role empowers you with the responsibility to maintain relations with our Vendors, Customer Service and Field Team. You will need to have strong leadership, communication skills and the personality to drive our business development forward.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination of day-to-day operations ensuring the teams across UAE have all of their tasks and the tasks are being prioritized and completed.
• Management of internal and external correspondence into the operations team.
• Ensure to report all internal processes for any potential irregularities.
• Ensure effective communication between the management, field team, and customer service for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Show flexibility to support the different needs of the business in relation to the operations.

Job Requirements:

• Administrative with automotive experience is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
• Great problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
