Description:

Leads STAR (Store Activities Representative) team in the restaurant in elevating the guest experience at McDonald’s, providing a total experience of fast, fun and friendly service that will make customers smile and return for more.

Key customers include Store Managers, Local Store Marketing Coordinators, Local Store Marketing Supervisors, Operation Consultants, external and internal customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests
• Assist in Kiosks
• Handling Customer complains
• (With Table Service) Assist in Table Service
• Expedite line
• Help in carrying trays & Offer high chairs
• Collecting community contacts for Community Relations & Tie Ups purposes.
• Responsible for the implementation of market wide programs and promotions.
• Do schedules & weekly workflow of STARs
• She projects & verifies the SDP of the STAR and evaluates her performance.
