Description:
To promote awareness of the Arabian Center portfolio of brands across the site wide community including, commercial leasing, residential sales and leasing. Responsible for execution of planned marketing activities through advertisements, PR, campaigns, and events which effectively reaches the target audience, and firmly establishes the brand within the market.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Marketing strategy planning and budgets / Media & Advertising plans – sets yearly strategies and plans for the SPVs responsible for and in relation to the teams within Arabian Center / Mall marketing and group brands)
b- Communication – communicates with the other SPVs located on the property along with group brands (and not limited to) as well as residential and retail tenants and visitors to Arabian Center
c- Website / Online Digital Activation – Ensures at all times that the Arabian Center website is up to date, takes into account new technologies & trends and builds the strategy
Job Requirements:
a- Bachelor degree in marketing / business or related field or equivalent professional qualification
b- Minimum of 7-10 years in a marketing or business related discipline in real estate / retail marketing
c- Minimum 2 years in GCC region
