Description:

Abbott Diabetes Care business is looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in UAE.
The Marketing Manager, HCP for GrEAT region is responsible for creating regional demand for his/her Segment and Portfolio in a customer-centric manner (exemplified by high satisfaction of needs, and therefore appropriately differentiated and adding value) by developing and overseeing execution of the regional marketing plan.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Middle East General Manager as well as distributors in the region to align and execute marketing strategies and tactics.
2. Analyze market data including competitive activity and regulatory requirements and alter strategies as necessary to inform marketing planning and business strategies and decisions.
3. Develop plan to market product through promotional campaigns, utilizing the full marketing mix as appropriate.
4. Leverage relevant digital marketing channels based on local market dynamics.
5. Working alongside sales management, sales team and distributors to ensure campaigns are developed appropriately and delivered effectively.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Business, Marketing, technical or scientific discipline.
2. Written and verbal fluency in English is required.
3. Additional language skills in Arabic would be a distinct advantage.
4. At least 6 to 8 years commercial experience in Marketing, preferable in Device/Diagnostic business, Pharma, HCP, and Health Practice.
5. Solid experience in Middle East multi-country product manager and specifically in distributor markets.
