Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets, in collaboration with the creative team.
• Plan and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the prospect and customer lifecycles, ensuring that communications and messaging are consistent across all channels.
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, set budget guidelines, attend events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
• Collect customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, boost customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
