General Description:

We are looking for a new talent to play a vital role in our Marketing Department working alongside a fantastic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists the Director of Marketing and Communications in maintaining an implementing an effective filing & administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organization.

• Identifies and maintain a general database of potential sponsors for all events and target specific ones related to each event separately

• Keen negotiating skills to handle potential sponsors and ultimately close advantageous arrangements.

• Self motivator and outgoing enabling to socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in verbal and written English is essential – an additional language eg Arabic would be an advantage

• Must be a highly capable user of Microsoft office programme including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Minimum 2-years experience with the same role in a 5 star hotel
