Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily marketing operations to support the overall marketing function
• Work closely with relevant departments across the organization to ensure smooth operations and delivery of ongoing marketing initiatives
• Maintain and update relevant documentation and trackers including reporting of marketing expenses
• Coordinate with customer support teams to close tickets by tracking complaints and sharing required information

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in e-commerce
• Strong project management skill set
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
