Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Description:
The role is to manage a team of 10 admins and responsible for the day to day payment & reporting to ensure smooth operations within the team and support finance manager in implementing large scale control and efficiency improvement through re-design and use of automation.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Responsible for driving process efficiency through simplification and use of automation
b- Responsible for working with the Senior Management to monitor progress of long term AP objective & rpojects
c- Support T&I relationship with regard any broad system or interface changes which will impact daily operations.
d- Managing accounting functions maintaining month-end closing, accrual, reconciliation, and expense reporting
Job Requirements:
a- Minimum of 5 years of work experience within relevant field.
b- People management experience, directly leading teams of 5+
c- Extensive knowledge of SAP, Flight Order and VIM
