Manager, Easy Ship Prime
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as the voice of the customer and selling partner in understanding their needs and impact product roadmap.
2. Identifying the SPs and selection that qualifies our PRIME worthiness bar.
3. Plan, coordinate and execute innovative and engagement initiatives to drive adoption, revenue and conversion. 
4. Establish program guardrails and educate partners on the program and lead awareness to drive adoption of Easy ship fast track.
5. Maintain Seller Performance metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards to drive key business decisions.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or business.
3. 6+ years of professional work experience in program management across planning or strategy.
4. Excellent written and oral communication; able to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
5. Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
