Description:
The Planner supports the Senior Planner & Planning Manager to effectively analyze multi-dimensional plans including sales trends, gross margin and inventory partnering with the Buying and Store teams to maximize retail profits through effective planning and trading of ranges throughout the region covered.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Accountable for the right products / stock to be available in the right quantities at the right place at the right time
b- Responsible for monitoring line and product category performance ensuring stock is kept at optimum levels by: – Store transfers – Replenishment – Sell thru by product category – Sale and mark down management
c- Plan collection’s clearance and end of season markdown for achievement of sell through to be in line with the margin expectations of the business.
d- Assist with the overall markdown plans for the department including promotions like Gift with purchase, Multi-Buy Offers, re-pricing of product lines
