1- Innovation Manager
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to driving MAF’s ambitious Customer & Brand Innovation programme and strategy.
• Drive tangible innovation activities, executing against MAF Innovation framework, running the innovation setup phases, cycles, ideation and qualification with BUs and for Holding.
• Manage the current Innovation capabilities and scout opportunities to enrich and evolve the capabilities over time, always with a focus on impact & growth
• Ensure the innovation efforts are consistent and focused on the customer and the brand and assess their financial impact.
• Deploy & evolve MAF’s innovation framework, manage the Innovation Dashboard & KPIs reporting.

Job Requirements:

• 8 – 10 years prior work experience in a related role

• Bachelor degree in a related field, such as Innovation, Design (service/strategic/ business design), Communication or Psychology, Business or commensurate work experience;

• Ideally the candidate has a mixed background with practical experience in multiple industries
