Loyalty Program Lead Jobs in Dubai - Job Description

1- Loyalty Program Lead
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market visits with Loyalty champions to gather feedback and improve the employee experience
  • Support Marketing on experiential events management and on-ground support for exclusive member events
  • Working with local project managers to coordinate key tasks
  • Liaise with and support the Loyalty coordinator on all related experiences matter. Make sure new experiences and contests are added to the App.

Job Requirements:

  • This role would be a maternity cover and be overseeing Kuwait based out of Dubai if necessary 
  • 4-5 years of previous experience in loyalty, able to manage a small team and is a team player.
