Description:
You will be the responsible person for the day-to-day monitoring of the Group’s loyalty programme currency including its tactical and strategic adoption, volume and dilution.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Actively produce and challenge models that anticipate customer behavioural shift as a result of programme design delivering simulation and business case support.
b- Maximise revenue diversification for Chalhoub through the day-to-day implementation of the currency and asset roadmap.
c- Achieve loyalty integration by interfacing with internal teams to ensure responsible ownership of cost and profit-generating streams.
Job Requirements:
a- Currency based loyalty programme experience across any industry of 4+ years
b- Economics or Revenue Management Experience
c- Customer analytics and insights experience
