General Description:

You will be responsible for the management of the loyalty economic position of the group’s loyalty program. Including P&L management, loyalty health via a defined KPI/ OKR set, in addition to distribution, management and dilution of loyalty currency and assets, in accordance with brand and member behaviours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish loyalty as a Chalhoub Group asset through structure, strategy and management of Loyalty economics and related assets – in line with the customer value proposition, customer (B2B, B2C) & market expectations. 
• Ensure optimal program health through ongoing assessment of policy, fraud, mechanics and partner economical / exposure implications at a program, benefit & campaign level 
• Work hand in glove with business finance to ensure proactive management of the loyalty portfolio via P+L and sustainable decision enabling models. 
• Anticipate customer behavioural shift as a result of program design, as well as their forecasted financial outcomes by working hand-in-glove with the Loyalty Value Proposition Function 

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in revenue management, loyalty, finance or analytics – consideration to consumer behaviour
