Description:

Managing the overall Load Control and Ramp Operation performance through the development, monitor, measurement and improvement of Load Control and Ground Operations metrics, standards and procedures across the Emirates network. Continuously studying methods into improving Emirates overall safety and efficiency in Ground Operation. Ensuring standards are met by dnata Airport Operations and EKAS Load Control (specifically for diversions and charter flights) in the areas of safety, regulatory requirements, payload maximisation, quality and timeliness of service. Act as the EK functional specialist for all concerned stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• The job holder manages the development of Emirates Load Control metrics in the areas of safety, regulatory requirements, payload maximisation, quality and timeliness of service.
• Provides recommendation on the approach that will be used for data capture on the above metrics, including frequency and systems requirements where necessary.
• The job holder will also lead the development of KPIs for effective management of the CLC function worldwide.
• Represents Emirates at industry conferences and working groups on areas of Load Control and Ramp Operation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
• 8+ Years of Airport Operations
• Load Control
• Experience in departure control systems and load control (centralised load control model) with a major international airline or ground handler
