Description:
This job contributes to the success of the company by ensuring partner development leading to enhanced performance, career progression through the ranks achieved through structured training solutions, and provision of training experiences that are linked to established individual and team training needs. The role requires in-house consulting of all training needs with the District Managers as well as Store Managers in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Support in the training and development of Baristas, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager roles.
b- Implement cascaded training programs ensuring effective facilitation, sufficient market conversion per requirements, and measurement of training effectiveness through feedback forms, Assessments, and learning go-see.
c- Manage and administer Store certification programs such as Barista Trainer Certification and Coffee Academy Certification Programs
Job Requirements:
a- Ability to self-manage Prioritize and impeccable planning skills.
b- Solid facilitation and presentation skills.
c- Experience: Training Store Manager for internal Hire and Learning and Development Manager for external hire.
