Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
To support and guide the development of employee competence through the facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development programmes
Job Responsibilities:
a- Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees
b- Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs
c- Deliver planned learning and development activities
d- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions
Job Requirements:
a- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma
b- Minimum 3-4 years’ of experience in facilitating learning or training, either in a formal or informal setting
c- Evaluation of learning effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Training Evaluation model
