Description:

As Landscape Supervisor, you are responsible to ensure that the Hotel’s landscaped areas and gardens are maintained to presentation standards in accordance with InterContinental Hotels Group standards to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Upkeep of plants in guest rooms and public areas
• Care and decoration of plants and trees around the hotel grounds
• Plant nursery duties including purchasing
• Preparation of plants for all functions
• Watering, pruning, fertilization
• Control of garden pests
• Chemical usage for pest control and garden maintenance
• Manage energy consumption and materials

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years background in Landscaping Operation or similar position 
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with employees, vendors, and third party company workers.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.
