1- Key Account Executive – Middle East Africa South Asia (MEASA)
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
- Execute the MEASA Joint Business Plans (JBP) in all regional Customers/Accounts assigned. Business Development of nominated accounts.
- Will have International Experience working with Global Customers and a Global Nestlé Business based in Switzerland.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze Key account data identifying gaps/opportunities for KAM and proposing action plans.
- Recruitment, management and training of Brand Ambassadors.
- Generation and tracking of planogram execution for all key accounts.
- Promotional evaluation for 80% of spend in all the accounts.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of strong and broad field sales with focus on customer management/account management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering results and results orientated.
- Operational experience of supervising in store BA teams through well-developed inter-personal skills.
- Developed understanding of best practice on in store execution.
