Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

Responsibilities include direct sales to the accounts in the territory (Middle east and India) , implementing market plans and tactics while supporting the business strategy, maintaining and developing business relations with existing and with new accounts, prospecting new customers and business opportunities and contributing actively to the growth of the Bromine Specialties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Forecast accurate sales volume and revenues via the S&OP process and meets/exceeds the annual operating plan targets.

• Work with business management to quote and manage market opportunities. 

• Successfully negotiate, implement, and secure current and new business opportunities.

• Develop and apply Challenger Selling tools and techniques to customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

• University scientific degree or equivalent, preferably in chemistry with MBA / PG Diploma in Management

• Minimum of 1 year experience in chemical products sales

• Hindi mother tongue

• Fluency in English, any additional language appreciated
