Description:

This position will provide advice on a variety of legal topics to the business across the Indian-subcontinent, Middle East and Africa region supporting the region legal function in organization. The role is based from UPS’s regional office in Dubai. This role demands a well-rounded, committed and enthusiastic individual to take on the exciting challenge of working for an industry leader in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and drafting customer, vendor and agent agreements;
• Firm knowledge and interest of Data Privacy Laws and Regulations in the region
• Experience and knowledge of international compliance legislation – FCPA – UKBA
• Experience in the drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements – MOU’s, NDA’s and Agency Agreements etc.

Job Requirements:

• A qualified lawyer with 3-4 years PQE
• Must be qualified as a lawyer in a jurisdiction
• Strong business acumen
• Strong communication skills
