Description:
Adherence to the member of the Public Prosecution at all stages of the investigation in accordance with Article No. (66) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, opening the report and printing the investigations, with a commitment to accuracy in preserving and documenting crime tools and seizures, and a commitment to confidentiality in dealing with information and data related to the parties to the case.

Public Prosecution was instituted to achieve justice as concerns the public rights of the Emirate. Exclusive jurisdiction to institute and follow-up criminal lawsuits, being part of the judiciary set-up exercising the powers of investigation and indictment and referring the accused to the competent courts should it be established that he is implicated in the crime.
