Inventory Controller 
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

Inventory Controller based in Dubai, reports to Plant Manager or a position nominated by him. As an Inventory Controller, will be responsible for managing the overall Inventory/Stores operations. Also perform different operations in workshop such as marking, labelling and coordinating with other departments as per requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Report safety incidents, unsafe working conditions and/or potential hazards.
2. Ensure proper housekeeping is done within designated workstation and use tools and equipment safely.
3. Ensure completion of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in ERP System within 48 Hours of Shipment Receipt.
4. Co-Ordinate with QA/QC for Inspection of Spare Parts, Final Packing and Shipment to Customers.
5. Perform Monthly Cycle Count and ensure no Inventory Shortage. Control and Maintain Stock Items for parts identified under two bin system.

Preferred Requirements:

1. Diploma in Engineering or any 3-year degree in Science or Commerce with Industrial Training and 3-5 years’ experience.
2. Knowledge about inventory/engineering stores process.
3. Good understanding of engineering items / spare parts.
4. Familiar with MS Office & ERP Tools (Oracle, SAP etc).
5. UAE Forklift Driving License and Car Driving License (Preferred).
