Description:

The International Tax Manager will be part of the Al Futtaim Group Tax Team reporting into the Group Head of Tax and will be responsible for managing the Group’s Tax Operating Model which involves taking ownership of Tax compliance (direct and indirect Tax), Tax planning, Transfer Pricing, Tax accounting, Tax documentation and Tax risk management for the Al-Futtaim Group.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Tax Compliance globally to ensure compliance with local Tax laws.
2. Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) –Preparation of the CbCR document and filing with the Tax Authorities.
3. Provide adhoc Tax advice to Head office as well as the Businesses on local and international transactions.
4. Identify Tax planning opportunities within the limits of Tax risk management.
5. Manage Tax Audit/Tax Enquiry in collaboration with the Al Futtaim Tax Community and third-party Service Providers.

Job Requirements:

1. Tax, Finance or Accounting certified.
2. Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
3. Regional Tax knowledge would be a plus.
4. 8-10 years in an International Tax environment.
5. Big 4 Accounting Firm experience required.
