Description:
The Inside Sales Representative will provide inside sales support to the sales team in the region of the Middle East, Africa and India.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the regional sales team, providing administrative support in areas such as leads conversion, pricing, contracts, quality claims, and opportunity management etc.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Initiate lead communication by following the funnel steps of onboarding new customers and updated interaction and funnel stages in SFDC
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate account manager for further development and closure
Job Requirements:
- BS/BA in business related discipline preferred
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience essential
- Experience with CRM and other sales systems and tools
- Traits: Service focused, tenacious, inquisitive
