Description:

You coordinate, contribute and support implementing digital solutions in-store/digital channels by evaluation of customer pain points, train co-workers on various digital solutions in-store, in order to assist customers in their shopping journey. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify new solutions within the customer journey to develop a digital experience in all Customer Meeting Points/ Stores.
2. Create a roadmap for the digital solutions for CMPs aligned with the project owner and other stakeholders.
3. Lead the development and implementation of identified solutions by working together with stakeholders and vendors.
4. Test, analyse and document the performance of new solutions, KPIs measure, to evaluate the added value and potential for replication in other stores/markets.
5. Maintain accurate and clear documentation of digital solutions with technical details, customer journeys and user manuals, to be able to maintain and easily rollout to different stores.

Job Requirements:

1. Live and share the IKEA values every day.
2. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or Technology.
3. Minimum 3 to 6 years experience in Digital, online, ecommerce experience.
4. Experience in leading digital solutions implementation.
5. Genuine passion for digitization and multi-channel retail and have a good understanding of industry trends.
