Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
a- Create and maintain employee records, including tracking employee performance and training attendance.
b- Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by Management.
c- Monitor and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement
d- Develop and implement employee engagement activities
Job Requirements:
a- At least 3 years’ experience as HR & Training Executive
b- College degree – essential
c- Has worked in a multi-cultural environment
