Job Responsibilities:
We are actively seeking a HR Manager who will be responsible for ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role, you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
a- Works with both the HR Business Partner and HR Shared Service management to agree and implement strategies that support business objectives
b- Responsible for ensuring the quality of induction within their business units and ensuring the contract specific induction for people managers and employees is completed
c- Delivers training appropriate to support the implementation of people management initiatives or to embed policies and procedure
Job Requirements:
a- Minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
b- Minimum 5 years’ recent experience working in a generalist HR position in a Business HR capacity essential for this role
c- Have an up to date understanding and application of employment law and HR best practice
