Human Resources Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior management to understand the organisation goals and strategy related to HR disciplines.
   
2. Oversee the daily administration of HR functions and direct supervision of the HR team.
   
3. Sourcing and recruitment of top talent via sound hiring initiatives, effective onboarding, workforce optimisation and management of turnover.
4. Ensuring compliance with local laws and industry regulations.
   
5. Establishment and management of training and development programme for all staff, using both internal and external resources.

Job Requirements:

1. Media experience is preferred.  Sound business knowledge essential.
2. Bi-lingual – English and Arabic is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. Must be exposed to international best practices and should have at least 5-10 years of experience in operational HR as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
