Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Monthly Reports & KPI’s
- Talent Acquisition – coordinate job posting, offer preparation and hiring and onboarding
- Global Mobility – coordinate Transfers in & Out activities such as PR/PO, clearance, declaration forms etc…
- Offboarding – coordinate the exit formality for leavers,
- Time & Attendance – add and remove badge Id, review attendance, validate compliance to working hours, and raise tickets in case of any issue
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Human Resources Management)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
- Enjoys working and communicating with different team members
- Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving, and analytical skills
