Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
The HR Generalist will cover most of the HR functions including recruitment, training, performance appraisal and any other tasks within the HR Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team in designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Assist Process Excellence team in identifying required training for the employees within the company.
- Monitoring the performance assessment during probationary period of the new joiners.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science and other related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, assisting with various HR related functions.
- Proven work experience in recruitment cycle and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with training & development.
