Description:
The Hotel Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating management activities of operations in conjunction with the Area General Manager in order to maximize profitability and to ensure high standard guest service and product quality.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Maintain product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations.
b- Develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational departments’ annual and long-term goals.
c- Manage performance issues that arise within departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel team members and managers.
d- Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business.
Job Requirements:
a- Minimum of 5 years operational management experience preferably in a luxury setting.
b- A strong Sales & Marketing background and understanding of hotel operations and administration including, finance, budgeting, forecasting, human resources, revenue management.
c- Ability to create positive, appropriate, effective and sustainable working relationships with a diverse group of people at all levels in all circumstances.
