Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule week ahead in a sensible manner to ensure opportunities for hotel visits are maximised,
- Consistently keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor information and new hotel openings,
- Ensure fully knowledgeable of products offered to clients by regularly attending trainings and acting as a local expert,
- Develop a thorough understanding of required systems, including booking portal and reporting software.

Job Requirements:
- Secondary school qualification (10 years schooling or equivalent)
Experience: - Commercial/Sales.Other
- Work experience of 4+ years in a customer service role
- Previous experience in the hospitality/travel or tourism industry preferred
