Description:
Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Operator to be a part of its Transguard Living (TGL) division. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting team, responsible for carrying out day to day tasks and making sure operations run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customer on progress of jobs carried out by our maintenance team.
- Logging of helpdesk calls on a daily basis.
- Ensure all jobs through the Salesforce system are contacted.
- Create Salesforce accounts for customers who request through TG.
- Communicate with the TGL control room team on the customer feedback, technicians, and procurement.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience with call center / customer service.
- Knowledge of FM or home maintenance services is desirable.
- Must have knowledge in CAFM and be proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
