Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Heavy Bus Driver to join our Hertz team in UAE. The main purpose of this role is to improve overall customer satisfaction by ensuring that the managed transportation requirements are dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner by adhering to agreed Hertz standards concerning vehicle usage, scheduled timings and team coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the associate will perform FLOWER check on assigned vehicles before they start the service.
• Ensures that Customer transfer services had been completed as per scheduled timings.
• When required, any Customer Complaints or Comments are escalated to the Supervisor/ Manager as per process agreed.
• Shows up to work with assigned uniform as per agreed Dress Code policy and is properly groomed.

Job Requirements:

• High School / Secondary Education.
• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (category 5, 6).
• Minimum 2 years UAE driving experience.
• Good command of English and Hindi/ Urdu, ability to prepare a report, knowledge of vehicle operations.
