Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

General Description:

To achieve this, we’re looking for a global lead in Resource Management based in our Dubai headquarters. The successful candidate will drive the standardisation and implementation of resource management frameworks, standards and systems across our three Divisions (Airport Operations, Catering & Retail, Travel) by working with our global executives, operations leads and resource management community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads the development of a long-term resource planning strategy for dnata, taking in to account external and internal best practices for processes, systems and operational practices
• Work with business leaders to determine the optimal people requirements to support the future business strategy and workforce profile, ensuring alignment of organisation design, job design, skills or qualification profiles in line with future workforce requirements, manpower plans and business operating models
• Creates annual calendar of events to engage the business in the manpower planning cycle aligned to corporate strategy and budget processes
• Develops resource management frameworks, standards and methodologies covering planning, rostering, pre-planning and on-the-day allocation in our Airport Operations, Catering and selected Travel businesses.

Job Requirements:

• Airport Operations.Other : 10+ Years
• Experience in a resource planning role in a large manpower-driven organisation, ideally with a strong focus on safety and regulation
• 5+ years in a managerial role
• Preferable to have resource planning experience in ground handling, catering, airline or other aviation business
